As a dynamic and fast-growing agency, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in an agency environment. This is an entry-level position that will provide a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts, contribute to exciting projects, and develop essential skills for a successful career in marketing.

Position: Marketing Assistant (Part-Time) 

Location: 3309 Elm St, Dallas, Texas 75226

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for clients across various industries.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

  • Create engaging content for social media: Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc. 

  • Assist with client photoshoots. 

  • Support the team in executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing paid advertising.

  • Assist the team with client content calendar development, management, and scheduling. 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

  • Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.

  • Proficient in Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and other relevant software.

  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
